Quotes and work

Quotes provided by fmsilvi ltd are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work is carried out as described in the accepted quote. Changes to scope are agreed before extra work starts.

Site access and conditions

The client provides safe, legal access to the block. Weather, ground conditions and other factors outside our control can shift agreed dates; we keep you informed if a window moves.

Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Ownership of any supplied materials stays with fmsilvi ltd until payment is received in full.

Liability

Nothing on this website is professional forestry advice for a specific property. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
